Erect-crested Penguin (Eudyptes sclateri)

The Erect-crested Penguin is a rare penguin species found only on the Antipodes and Bounty Islands south of New Zealand. It is known for its upright, bright yellow crest feathers and its social behavior in large colonies. Due to its restricted habitat, this species is classified as highly endangered.
