Jungle

The Quetzal belongs to the genus of trogons, of which we were able to photograph yet another species, the mountain trogon, in Panama.

Trogons are colorful birds and yet difficult to spot in the canopy of trees. We had to roam the Panama jungle for a long time before we saw a mountain trogon.
